Exploring the Benefits of Therapy

Meet Jacqueline

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.  In my practice, I support women struggling to manage their symptoms of anxiety.

I specialize in: learning coping strategies for regulating emotions, building confidence/self-esteem, exploring life transitions, and understanding or changing patterns within relationships.

I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have worked in various clinical settings at every level of care. I am attempting to learn French, I read at least 100 novels a year (a mix of new and old faves), and my 2024 resolution is to use my KitchenAid mixer at least once.

Therapy offered at I Rise Counseling

Therapy sessions are typically offered at the same time each week and last for approximately 50 minutes. All sessions are provided in a virtual format to better accommodate full work and life schedules.

Leaving behind nights of terror and fear, I rise. Into a day break that's wondrously clear, I rise.
