We discuss strategies for managing symptoms of anxiety, boundary setting in relationships, identifying your core values, communicating emotional needs to others, and learning to challenge unbalanced or unhelpful thought patterns.
I typically like to end sessions by identifying a self-care activity to focus on or make time for in the week.
